munity Aris Council is recom-
mending you give the gift of art
this Christmas by renting or pur-
chasing work from its art rental

program.
The monthly program, on view
tonight in the gallery cf Presenta-
ition House, includes 25 new
pieces from the council’s most re-
cent jurying. These works will be
on display in addition to the
<ouncil’s 200-piece collection.
-The bady of work contains both
traditional and modern art by

well-known and emerging artists.
All, works are ready-to-hang and
displayed on modules for easy
viewing.

Any one piece can be yours for
as ‘ithe as $6 a month. If you
decide to keep your selection, the
rental fee will be applied towards
the purchase price.

New express service operating 2 trips each way in
the peak pends. Service will operate between
Caailano College, Phibbs Exchange and SFU,
Monday to Friday, effective January 4, 1993.

All buses using the Larwell (Greyhound) bus depot in
downtown Vancouver will be re-routed in early 1993,
due to the closure of the denct. Passengers will be
advised of the re-routing at a later date.
