1 can (10 o2z/284mL) Campbell $s}

Condensed Chicken Broth ;
2 tbsp. (25mL.) lemon juice
T tbsp. (45mL) cornstarch

Arrange fish ina 12-inch (30cm) 3
{ry pan; sprinkle with green onion,
parsley and pepper. Reserve “cup
(50mL) broth. Pour remaining
broth and temon juice over fish.
Heat fish to boiling: reduce heat; §
cover and simmer 10 minutes or
until fish flakes easily when tested &
with a fork. Remove fish to serving §
platter: keep warm. 2

Blend reserved broth wiih corn- B
starch, gradually stir into hot broth fF
in try pan and cook, stirring con-
stantly uniil thickened. Serve with §
fish.
