Radakonich, of Langley, this
weekend, together with
additional charges of driving
while impaired and dnving
with a blood-alcohol level
exceeding .08.

He 1s alleged to have been
driving his Scout eastbound
on the wrong side of the
Upper Leveis Highway,

Thursday April 24, when it
was in collision with two
other cars, killing the driver
of one and sending four
people - including himself -
to hospital.

Information received by
the police is that the Scout
was travelling in the fast lane
of oncoming traffic when it
hit a Datsun driven by 21-
year-old Kevin Ramsey, of
933 Sherwood Lane, West
Vancouver bounced off and
collided head-on with a 1969
Chevy wagon.

The driver of the wagon,
Lauree Higgins, aged 45, of
5414 Greentree Road, in
West Van, was killed.
