Jay -Wollenberg — of Coriolis Consulting Corp., told Worth Vancouver City Council May 11 that reme- diation of contaminated soil, and other “Senviron- mental concerns and tech- nical issues” will be resolved this summer. He also told council that an application for OCP (Official Community Plan) amendments has also been submitted to the city. First and second read- ings of the changes to OCP and a public hearing is also hoped for next fall, he added. Wollenberg is represent- ing owners Coopers & Lybrand Ltd. and the Vancouver Port . Corporation, who want the 16.8-heccare (42.2-acre) waterfront property turned into a marketable residen- tial, and commercial ven- ture. Coun.
