But nobody said beauty
pageants and talent shows (remem-
ber The Gong Show?) were created
to produce Nobel prize winners.
And the name of the game was to
provide an evening of entertain-
ment and raise funds for the Class
of '95's grad celebrations.

So in the name of fun... a panel
of esteemed judges crowned Scot
Dickson, a Surrey import who
enjoys hockey, rugby and lawn
bowling, Mr. Carson Graham *95.

If there were an award for best
prop in a talent contest it would
surely go to first runner-up Will
Mbaho for his rap partner, an

Afro’ed soul sister.

The undisputed crowd-pleaser
was self-professed chick magnet
and second runner-up Hanif Teja,
who had the whole school under a
spell of Hanif-o-mania.

Fourth — runner-up Brent
Swatridge wooed the crowd with
his re-enactment of the potter’s-
wheel scene from the movie Ghost.
