Balloon returned A HUGE balloon that was stolen from the reof cf a Marine Drive business on March 15 was easily spotted soon afier, The batioon belonged to Combined Apptiance Centre, 1420 Marine Dr. Teenagers were reportedly seen with the balloon a day after the theft. A call was made to police. The teenagers: were gone by the time the North _ Vancouver RCMP arrived.
