McKinlay, who lives on East 15th, wants a four-way stop at the corner of Moody and 15th Street and a 30 km/h speed limit around all of the adjacent: boulevard play parks. According to McKinlay, it’s a miracle that someone hasn’t been killed already. For close to seven years now, this mother of two has feared for the lives of all the neighbourhood children as they walk to school and play in the nearby park. “We're getting more than our fair share of traf- fic,” she said as she present- ed a petition for her cause to council.
