Before Judge J.B. Paradis in North Vancouver provincial court Oct, 9: Ian Bedford Andrews was fined $150 after he pleaded guilty to charges of driving without due care and attention and failing to pro- vide a police officer with informa- tion in connection with an Aug. 31 incident on the 300 block of Fast 10.h Street, North Vancouver. Donaid Allen Olson was fined $75 after the 30-year-old North Vancouver man pleaded guilty to failing to remain at the scene of an accident in the 2600-block of Mountain Highway. Before Judge J.K, Shaw in North Vancouver provincial court Oct. 8: David Allan Nast was fined $100 after the 32-year-old Vancouver man pleaded guilty to stealing two cartons of cigarettes from London Drugs. Marian Glab was fined $100 and ordered to pay a further $35 in compensation after the 65-year-old North Vancouver woman was found guilty of obtaining trans- portation fraudulently. Joseph Alfred Laurier Maurice Mauzcroll received a suspended sentence, was placed on probation for 18 months and ordered to per- form 50 hours of community work service after the 50-year-old North Vancouver man pleaded guilty to Stealing tobacco from Save-On- Foods. Raymond Garfield MacPherson received a conditional discharge, was placed on probation for 18 months and was ordered to pay $96.65 compensation to 7-Eleven Food Stores Ltd. after he pleaded guilty to one count of mischief in connection with an Aug. 7 inci- dent. Paradis in North Vancouver provincial court Oct. 7: David Frederick Bingham’ was fined $350 after the 21-year-old North Vancouver man pleaded guilty to a charge of stealing meat from Canada Safeway. Shaw in North Vancouver provincial court Oct..7: Raz.aall Kenneth Crimp received a conditional discharge and was placed on probation for one year after the 22-year-old North Van- couver man was found guilty of EERE MERSIN assaulting a female. David Nige! Stewart received a conditional discharge and was placed on probation for 18 months after the 40-year-old West Van- couver man pleaded guilty to mischief and intimidation in con- nection with incidents in which a woman’s car was damaged and her house watched. Shaw in North Vancouver provincial court Oct. 6: Carl Robert Hunter received a suspended sentence, was placed on probation for 18 months and was ordered to perform 50 hours of community work service after the 18-year-old North Vancouver man pleaded guilty to a charge of theft under $1,000 in connection with a stolen picnic cooler. Ian Graham Groves was fined $50 after the 23-year-old North Vancouver man pleaded guilty to failing to appear for a scheduled court date in connection with a traffic ticket for not having a valid driver’s licence. John Kirley was fined $50 after the West Vancouver man pleaded guilty to failing to appear for a scheduled court date in connection with a ticket for an unlawfully parked vehicle. Before Judge J.B. Paradis in North Vancouver provincial court Sept. 30: Robert John sentenced to one day in jail and fined $750 after the 29-year-old North Vancouver man was found guilty of breaking into a Marine Drive business. Robert Bendixon was fined $250 after the 27-year-old North Van- couver man pleaded guilty to possession of stolen property in connection with the seizure of a compact disc pla,er. Before Judge R.D. Grandison in West Vattcouver provincial court Sept. 28: Craig Alexander McKee was fined $200 after the 28-year-old North Vancouver man_ pleaded guilty to a charge of obstructing a police officer.
