crash

THE DRIVER of one
of two cars involved in
a collision Monday
afterncon had to be
rushed to hospital for
treatment of injuries
after he was attacked
by the second driver’s
dog.

The incident occurred just
after 3:30 p.m. when the
cars collided at the corner of
23rd Strect and Lonsdale.

An altercation between the
two drivers followed, which
ended when the dog attacked
the man.

Injuries sustained in the
attack were serious enough
to. warrant hospitalization
but the injured man was
released after treatment.

Charges are pending
against the owner of the
dog.
