how old Mihalik was, he was

said to have given an evasive
reply but then admitted to
being 18 when police officer
revealed his identity.

Mihalik was charged
under the section of the
Liquor Control Act which
forbids minors from entering
a liquor store, and carries a
minimum fine of $100.
