Festive spirit stolen in NV theft CHRISTMAS DAY turned sour for a North Yancouver mother who found her home ransacked by burglars. The thieves took wrapped presents from under the tree including a stereo system for Marshall's parents. Other items stolen included a TV. two VCRs, heirloom jewelry, children’s videos, cameras, CDs. liquor and a Filter Queen vacuum cleaner. “T don’t know what the presents from relatives were because they were wrapped.” said Marshall. By lan Nable News Reporter The Capilano Sportsmens Club has been asked to leave its municipally owned Ambleside location to make way for a youth outreach program. West) Vancouver offered the Capilano Sportsmens Club, located in the same building for more than 40 years, an extra month beyond an original Dec. 31 deadline to remove its pos- sessions.
