The award recognizes design excellence in the renovation and expansion of Park Royal North, part of a $20 million improvement _ program carried out at Park Royal North and South by the centre's owner, the Larco Group of Companies. The award is the highest recog- ‘nition possible from the International Council of Shopping Centres (ICSC), the world-wide trade association of the shopping industry, With 25,000 members in Canada, the United States and 56 other countries. - ‘Amin Lalji,.a Larco principal, and Colin Spicer, Larco's vice- president, shopping centres, received the award at the ICSC “spring convention in Las Vegas.
