this year’s North Shore
Nutrition Fair to be held
Saiurday, March 28, at.
Lonsdale RecCentre.

Registered dietitians and nutri-
tionists will be on hand to answer
nutrition questions and discuss
nutrition misinformation.

They will also discuss a variety
of food-related topics such as
what is a healthy weight, why Ca-
nadians should eat more bread
and potatoes and what cooking
oils are best to use. -&§

In addition, there will be mi-
crowave cooking demonstrations
relating to how to cook with less.
