bread with slices of back
bacon (i use cooked ham)
sliced thin. Lay slices of
cheddar cheese on top of
bacon then cover with slices
of bread to make it like a
sandwich.

Beat the eggs and add
everything but the butter and
cornflakes. Pour egg mixture
over the top and refrigerate
overnight. Before baking,
melt the butter and pour
over. Top with cornflakes
and bake at 350F for an
hour. Let stand 10 minutes
before cutting. Serves 10.
