| envelope unflavored gelatin
Y cup cold water

4% cup minced celery

% cup minced cucumber

44 cup mayonnaise

3 tbsp. lemon juice

I Ib. cooked shrimp
Additional mayonnaise for
garnish

Soften gelatin mixture in
water. Set in pan of hot waterio
dissolve. Combine soup, gel-
atin. celery, cucumber, mayon-
naise, and lemon juice; add
shrimp. Pour into oiled mold.
Chill. Serve ona bed of lettuce,
garnish with mayonnaise.
