plague at Monday’s regular
Council] meeting.

Exnie Crist, who served on
District Council from
1980-83 was recognized for
his hard work and commit-
ment to the District over the
years, which included not on-
ly Council representation but
extensive community involve-
ment as well.

made the presentation on
