Margaret was born in Vancouver
on August 29, 1911. She was a
proud honorary member in the
Vancouver Lions Ladies’ Club.
She was loving and generous to
all throughout her Iie and en-
joved trips to Rano. Private tami-

McKENZIE - Frances &, Born in
Bantf, Atberta. Entered this life
on September 24, 1920 and be-
gan her journey to the next one
on February 14, 2000. She
passed away peacelully in Lions
Gate Hospital with her children
at her side. Fran will bs deeply
missed by her loving family; hus-
band, Joseph of 59 years; sons,
John (Jeanie), Seb (Patti);
daughter, Joan (Jim); grandchil-
dren, Keri (Cam), Mimi, Kelly,
Ryan, Kevin, Trevor, Magan;
brothers, Bill (Bernie), David
{Anne); sister, Gladys; as well as
many other axtended family and
friends. She was predeceased
by her father Jesse and mother
Winifred, sister Nellie and her
brother Stan. Fran, @ kind soul,
was a devoted mother and grand-
mother who feft us with many
wonderful memories of family pic-
nics in the park, Sunday dinners
and warm family Christmas cete-
brations. Fier warmth, fove and

hurnanity will live with us forever.

she also shared with them, a pas-
sion for the Vancouver White-
caps Soccer Club and the Toron-
to Blue Jays Basebali Team,
The family extends their aeartiel

Maureen Conly. Social Worker,
Mr, Jim Cormack and the nurs-
ing staff of Lions Gate Palliative
Care Unit for ail their kindness
during Fran's journsy. By re-
