Spring is wonderful except
for hayfever and spiders

. My cousin phoned me the other

time she goes out in the garden.

I’ve been writing this column I'm
running short of new recipes and
need a bit of inspiration.
Here’s a new recipe that | found
iust before Christmas.
Salmon Log ©
27-02. tins red salinon,:
Grained, picked over and flaked
1 8-uz. package | cream cheese,
‘softened
2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 teaspoon powdered dill. |

freshly ground pepper

(enough to roll the lez)

' Beat the salmon, cream’ cheese,
lemon: juice, dill, pepper and salt
