Pros pound out winner

PROFESSIONAL boxing pounded out a unanimously pos-
itive decision in North Vancouver Thursday night.

A crowd of close to 600 turned
out to the North Vancouver Rec-
reation Centre Thursday night to
watch home-town favorites Tony
Pep, Dale Walters and Nathan

Baker beat their respective oppo-
nents as part of the city's first pro-

fessional boxing card.

third round to hammer out a
unanimous decision over his
Oregon State opponent. The

Jacoviello said he will be arrang-
ing another boxing card for North
Vancouver within eight weeks.

as yet.
